Shipping Policy

Each Luna Artistry piece is carefully packaged for its journey to you. Because my jewelry is handmade and many pieces are one of a kind, I take special care in preparing each order for shipment.

Ready-to-Ship Jewelry

Items that are already completed and available for purchase are generally prepared for shipment within 2–3 business days after your order is received. During shows, holidays, or unusually busy periods, processing may take slightly longer.

Custom & Made-to-Order Jewelry

Custom and made-to-order pieces require additional time. Because these pieces may involve design consultation, special materials, or materials provided by the customer, an estimated completion and shipping timeframe will be discussed as part of the custom-order process.

Shipping, Tracking & Insurance

Available shipping options and charges will be displayed at checkout. Tracking information will be provided whenever available.

Shipping insurance may be included or purchased for certain orders based on the value and nature of the item. Memorial and cremation pieces will be shipped with tracking and insurance whenever carrier services permit.

Please make sure your shipping address is complete and correct before placing your order. If you notice an error, contact Luna Artistry as soon as possible.

Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged, please contact Luna Artistry promptly. Please retain the jewelry, packaging, and all shipping materials. Photographs of the item and packaging may be requested so I can document the damage and, when applicable, assist with a carrier insurance claim.

Lost or Delayed Packages

Occasionally, a shipping carrier may experience delays after an order has been mailed. If tracking indicates that your package may be lost or significantly delayed, please contact Luna Artistry. I will work with you and, when applicable, the shipping carrier to determine the appropriate next steps.

For insured shipments that are lost or damaged in transit, Luna Artistry will assist with the carrier's claims process. Because many Luna Artistry pieces are individually handcrafted or one of a kind, an exact replacement may not always be possible.

Memorial & Cremation Jewelry

Memorial and cremation pieces require special handling because the materials entrusted to Luna Artistry may be irreplaceable. Specific instructions for safely sending cremains or other memorial materials to Luna Artistry will be provided before they are mailed. Customers should not send cremains or other memorial materials until those instructions have been provided.
