Lampwork glass is durable, but it is still glass. Avoid dropping your jewelry onto hard surfaces, and store pieces where they will not be knocked against other jewelry. Remove jewelry before swimming, bathing, exercising, or using household cleaners.
Sterling and fine silver may naturally develop a patina over time. Gently polish silver components with a soft jewelry polishing cloth as needed. Avoid harsh chemical cleaners, which may damage other materials in your piece.
When not being worn, store your jewelry flat in a soft pouch or jewelry box away from excessive moisture and direct sunlight. Do not hang necklaces or bracelets for long-term storage, as the weight of the beads can gradually stretch the stringing material and create gaps between beads.

Every Luna Artistry piece is handcrafted with care and is backed by a lifetime craftsmanship guarantee. If your jewelry ever needs repair because of an issue with its original construction, I will repair it at no charge.
I’m also happy to help with repairs needed because of accidental damage or normal wear whenever possible. Depending on the repair and any replacement materials required, a reasonable repair fee may apply. I’ll always discuss any cost with you before beginning the repair.
Because every lampwork bead is individually handmade, an exact replacement may not always be possible. When necessary, I’ll work with you to find a replacement that complements the original piece.
