Returns & Refunds

I want you to be delighted with your Luna Artistry jewelry. If your purchase isn't quite right for you, you may request a return within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unworn, unused, and in its original condition and packaging. Please contact Luna Artistry before returning an item so return instructions can be provided.

Unless the item arrived damaged or there was an error with your order, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Once the returned item is received and inspected, you will be notified. Approved refunds will be issued to the original form of payment.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase, provided the order has not already been fulfilled. After the 24-hour cancellation period, orders are subject to the return policy below.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

Please contact Luna Artistry promptly if your order arrives damaged or if you receive the wrong item. I will work with you to make it right.

Handmade & One-of-a-Kind Jewelry

Luna Artistry jewelry is individually handcrafted. Slight variations in color, shape, size, and pattern are part of the character of handmade lampworked glass and are not considered defects.

Lifetime Craftsmanship Guarantee

Luna Artistry stands behind the craftsmanship of its jewelry. If a piece requires repair because of a problem with its original construction, please contact me. I will evaluate the piece and, when possible, repair it at no charge.

The guarantee does not cover normal wear and tear, accidental damage, loss, improper care, or changes that occur through regular use. Because many beads and components are individually handcrafted or unique, an exact replacement may not always be possible.
